SinoSwiss Holding is thrilled to highlight the culmination of the SinoSwiss Business Incubation Competition 2023, a four-day event that celebrated innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit between Switzerland and China.

The competition started with an enthusiastic gathering of finalists at the SinoSwiss Technopark (SSTP). An elegant welcome dinner allowed our entrepreneurial talents to network, fostering solid connections ahead of their dynamic pitches. From revolutionary exoskeleton technologies to the future of transport with the Hyperloop, from innovative solutions addressing energy storage challenges to unique dietary supplements combatting fatigue, the pitches spanned a wide spectrum of groundbreaking ideas.

An exploration at the 2023 Smart China Expo further enriched the experience. Here, finalists delved into the forefront of Chinese innovations, including intelligent connected new energy vehicles (NEVs), smart cities, healthcare advancements, big data, and high-precision sensors. Their ventures were prominently showcased at the SSTP pavilion, providing a platform for media engagement and global recognition.

Keynotes further enhanced the event's gravitas. Dr. Philippe Roesle, CEO of Swissnex in China, shed light on Switzerland's prized asset: its well-educated and innovative community of researchers and entrepreneurs. Guillaume Joyet, Executive Director at SwissCham China - Beijing, outlined the support mechanisms SwissCham offers to startups seeking entry into the Chinese market.

We also celebrated success stories from previous SSBICom champions, including Feng YANG of invisensing.io and Tzali Cnaani of Carmel Diagnostics.
